  • Deciding on the formation and review of planning policies
  • Authorising Tree Preservation Orders

6. Emergency Evacuation Procedure – The Chair to inform Members of the Public of the emergency evacuation procedure.

12. To consider applications, together with the Director of Planning recommendations thereon.

1a) NYM/2017/0389/FL - Construction of a garage and revised vehicular access at Alum Barn, Alum House Lane, Carlton in Cleveland

2a) NYM/2017/0335/FL - Front and rear two and three storey extensions to replace existing projecting wings at Ileene Cottage, Hillside, Runswick Bay.

3a) NYM/2016/0353/FL - Construction of 1 no. holiday letting cottage at Boulby Grange, Easington.

4a) NYM/2017/0197/FL - Construction of a detached bungalow at Land adjacent to 87 Hutton Buscel, Main Street, Hutton Buscel.
