Farm conservation advice and grants
The National Park Authority aims to encourage good environmental management of all farmland.
Natural England's Environmental Stewardship is an agri-enviroment scheme providing funding to land managers delivering environmental management. See Natural England's website for further information. The National Park may be able to help with accessing Environmental Stewardship.
Limited grants through the National Park may also be available on land of high nature conservation value for example, management of species-rich grasslands. Limited grants for individual works, such as boundary repairs, may be available from your Area Ranger.
