Landscape Character Assessment - Hambleton & Howardian Hills
The Hambleton & Howardian Hills Landscape Partnership Area Landscape Character Assessment was carried out by an appointed officer in 2007 on behalf of the CAN DO Partnership. It identifies and describes the area’s main landscape types and character areas. The LCA was originally developed by the CAN DO Partnership for the purposes of a Heritage Lottery Fund application to the Landscape Partnership Scheme (LPS). The LCA was designed to satisfy the requirements of the application process and as such recommendations and suggestions are chiefly associated with the remit of the funding
