The Future of Moorsbus
The National Park Authority recently approved the following changes to the Moorsbus services:
• Moorsbus will operate a similar service in 2012 and 2013 but on Sundays and bank holidays only.
• The two vintage buses will not operate these years.
• The current Network will cease at the end of October 2013.
• The Authority is maintaining its strong commitment to transport and has allocated around £100,000 per year from April 2014.
• Work and consultation will take place over the next 2 years and in 2014 a new service will be launched.
