Need to complain?
We hope your accommodation will be entirely as you would expect but if you wish to complain about the food, services or facilities, we strongly advise you to take the matter up with the proprietor there and then in order to give the hotelier a chance to put things right straight away. If you are still not satisfied, you should write to the organisation which has carried out the inspection. These organisations do not, however, undertake to obtain compensation for complaints.
