Osmotherley Parish Plan

The Osmotherley Area Parish Plan was published in December 2006 and covers the villages of Osmotherley and Thimbleby. It was prepared by a group from the local community and the conclusions are based on the results of a questionnaire survey done in 2005.  The Plan covers a number of different aspects of community life including the built and natural environment, traffic and parking, sport and recreation and village facilities.  A paper copy of the Plan is available for inspection at the Authority's offices in Helmsley.
