Community Infrastructure Levy


In 2012 Peter Brett Associates were appointed to carry out a Viability Study on the scope for Introducing a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) for the National Park. The Viability report can be seen below.
Following the publication of this report further amendments were made to the CIL regulations and in May 2015 Members of the Planning Committee resolved that CIL is not pursued at the present time. Further information on this decision is outlined in the Committee Report.
