How to get there

The Sutton Bank National Park Centre is six miles (9.5km) east of Thirsk (or 7.5 miles (12km) west of Helmsley) at the top of Sutton Bank on the A170.

From April to October you can get to Sutton Bank on Sundays and Bank Holidays (except Tuesday 5 June) using the Moorsbus Network.

Opening times

February half term (from 13th February) - March, daily, 11.00am to 4.00pm

March to July, September and October - Daily, 10.00am to 5.00pm

August - Daily 9.30am to 5.30pm

November, December - Weekends, 10.30am to 4.30pm (closed Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 December)
