Delivery


We will aim to process your order and have goods delivered to you within 10 working days of receipt of the order. All items are sent out second class, if you require a quicker service please telephone 01439 770657 (+44 1439 770657 from outside the UK), with the details of your order and the postage service you require, a higher charge may be made for this.

Stock levels


All goods are sold subject to them being in stock. Some of the stock lines are continually changing, if items are out of stock or unavailable we will refund any money you have paid.

Lost, damaged or incorrect goods


If goods are lost or damaged in transit please notify the Sales & Marketing Assistant on 01439 770657 (+44 1439 770657 from outside the UK), as soon as possible. We will replace or refund the cost of the goods and may request that you return them to us; we will refund your postage costs.

Payment


Payment can only currently be accepted in Pounds Sterling.
