Begin your day by taking a look through the ‘Window on the Park’. The fun and informative displays in the Centre will help you spot the landscape clues all around you. Children (and the young at heart) will enjoy the interactive gadgets in the exhibition.

A new bird feeding station with an interactive camera is proving popular with birds and visitors alike. In spring webcams relay images of barn owl and kestrel nesting.

Sutton Bank Shop

The National Park shop prides itself on being the best place to purchase something unique from or about the area. Whether it’s locally made crafts such as pottery or wooden bowls, handmade candles or cards you are sure to find something to please. The bookshelves are stocked with a quality selection of books about the North York Moors both the National Park's own publications and many titles that have been written by local authors about the area. As well as this, you'll find a variety of other items such as recycled pencils, soft toys and postcards for that perfect reminder of your visit.
