Each year we have an exciting musical programme at the Inspired by... gallery. From chamber concerts to folk-roots rockers – there’s plenty to entertain and inspire you at the contemporary gallery in the heart of the moors. 

Danby Live! Rupert Stroud and the Buffalo Skinners (Saturday 22 July, doors open 6pm)  

Join us for a stand-out summer concert staged in the enchanting grounds of The Moors National Park Centre. It’s a night of great music (first act on stage at 7pm) with a welcoming atmosphere, local food and licenced bar! 

Singer-songwriter Rupert Stroud takes to the stage along with The Buffalo Skinners, a collective based in Sheffield whose music stems from a shared passion for songwriting and singing in harmony. 

Stroud’s strong-hearted, beat driven acoustic rock, inspired tracks has gained attention from BBC Introducing, 6Music, Radio 2 and XFM, while The Buffalo Skinners draw influence from 60’s Rock n Roll, Folk, Blues and whatever else they’ve been listening to recently.

Chamber Music Concert (Friday 3 November, doors open 6.30pm for 7pm)

Musical Director Jamie Walton presents a programme of classical music for string trios at the Inspired by... gallery – part of the North York Moors Chamber Music Festival. Enjoy an energetic and passionate classical programme with international musicians.
