1a) NYM/2015/0826/FL - Demolition of existing agricultural buildings and construction of cycle centre building comprising bunk rooms, cafe, shop and multi use/training facility, construction of storage shed, use of land for the siting of 6 no. camping pods, creation of parking area and associated landscaping works at Fryup Gill Farm, Fryup.

2a)  NYM/2016/0019/FL - Construction of estate office building with associated hard and soft landscaping works at West Acre Lodge, Boltby.

3a)  NYM/2015/0421/FL - Construction of leisure complex and 6 no. hotel suites (revised scheme to NYM/2014/0306/FL) at Ox Pasture Hall Hotel, Lady Ediths Drive, Scarborough.

4a)  NYM/2015/0893/CU - Change of use of Village Store to ground floor (Use Class A1) to Dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) (no external alterations) at 90 High Street, Swainby.

5a)  NYM/2016/0053/FL - Subdivision to form 1 no. additional dwelling (local occupancy) together with creation of new access, parking and turning area at Church Farm, Scawton.

6a)  NYM/2016/0117/FL - Erection of extension to agricultural building to form straw store at High Farm, Beadlam Rigg, Pockley.
