Processes for determining planning applications, including site visits, consultation and decision making have reverted to normal circumstances, with planning staff available to provide advice as part of the normal planning determination process.

Planning Committee meetings

The National Park Planning Committee has returned to pre-covid arrangements and actual meetings, open to the public, will take place in the Committee Room at the Helmsley Offices on a six week basis.

As our Committee room is a relatively small enclosed space, with limited ventilation (windows will be open), we suggest that the public may wish to continue to wear face coverings inside except when speaking.
