After seeing a dramatic reduction in the amount of people heading out into the North York Moors over the last week, the National Park Authority is reminding everyone that no one should be travelling into or around the National Park unless this is absolutely essential.

Visitors urged not to visit daffodil hotspot to protect community
Last weekend saw a surge in visitors heading to one of the North York Moors National Park’s most popular destinations at this time of year - Farndale, but to help protect everyone, the National Park Authority is urging people to follow government advice and avoid all nonessential travel.

With a shared concern towards the impact of pollution on our oceans’ health, a group of artists will be taking part in a new exhibition at the Inspired by… gallery near Danby to reflect the emotional experience of seascapes and how left objects can be recycled into art.
