Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (as amended)

The North York Moors National Park Authority has made an Order dated 8 January 2021, the effect of which is to make the following closure in the parish of Guisborough in the District of Redcar and Cleveland:

No pedestrian, horse-rider or cyclist shall proceed along Bridleway 16 Guisborough commencing at Grid Reference (GR) NZ 634 143 going south 280m to the track at GR NZ 636 140

There is no alternative route

The closure will be put into effect by means of the erection of notices and signs

The Order is necessary due to danger to the public from surface disturbance
