Footpath No. 35 Glaisdale

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (as amended)

The North York Moors National Park Authority has made an Order, the effect of which is to make the following closure in the parish of Glaisdale in the Borough of Scarborough:

No pedestrian shall proceed along footpath 35 Glaisdale commencing at Grid Reference (GR) NZ 777 071 going south, then north east for 800m to the Footbridge at GR NZ 779 066

There is no alternative route

The closure will be put into effect by means of the erection of notices and signs

The Order is necessary due to danger to the public from a collapsing river bank
