What's in season


If you want to eat food just bursting with flavour, then eating seasonally is definitely the way to go. So what can you expect to find in farm shops and farmers' markets when you visit or maybe you're looking for ideas for a bit of wild food foraging on the moors or in the hedgerows?
Beef, pork and lamb from the North York Moors is generally available all year round.
Spring
