We work with groups of all ages and abilities, and are able to offer a variety of practical, engaging activities to inspire and challenge young people to take a greater interest in the outdoors. We have plenty of options for working as a group or as individuals.
Generation Green is a project offered through the Access Unlimited coalition funded by the government's Green Recovery Challenge Fund. The coalition is made up of National Partners (Outward Bound Trust, Field Studies Council, Scouts, Girlguiding and the 10 English National Park) led by the YHA. As a project partner, the North York Moors National Park is delivering a variety of activities for young people which will allow them to access, enjoy and learn about our special National Park. To find out more about Generation Green check out the YHA website.
North York Moors National Park Youth Voice
Calling all young people aged 11-30! We’re on the hunt for the next generation of leaders – the individuals who will help to shape, conserve, and enhance our National Parks and protected spaces. The individuals with a passion for nature and rural life, who will one day take up the reins as we navigate the challenges of the climate emergency. The landscape you inherit needs your voice and it needs you now.
Join the North York Moors National Park Youth Voice to have your say and become a part of a growing youth movement committed to bringing about change.
