PM03 Evaluation and Monitoring
As a condition of our funding, we need to carry out an end of scheme evaluation, and make sure we report back to the Heritage Lottery Fund on the key things we said that we would do for each project.
Some of this ongoing monitoring will be done by individual project partners, whilst the main scheme evaluation will be done by an external company.
We don't want the benefits of Ryevitalise to stop after the scheme has ended, and having an ongoing evaluation process helps all partners take stock of what has been achieved, identify any legacy aspects we can use after the scheme has finished, and maintain a focus on how activities can be carried forward into the future.
Project Aim: To
- Measure and evidence the impact of the scheme, demonstrating and celebrating the positive impacts it has made
- Highlight where impacts could be maximised and ensure a valuable and positive legacy
- Highlight lessons and learning to improve impact
Ongoing evaluation will take place through individual feedback following events and volunteer activities. The external evaluation will offer a critical check at the mid-term with the necessary recommendations. The final report will reflect on the impact of the scheme’s delivery phase, including an assessment of the outputs and outcomes delivered.
An evaluation of project delivery during the implementation phase of Ryevitalise to report on progress in line with the outputs and outcomes identified in the LCAP; that delivery is responsive to need, that key messages are understood and relayed, and that participants are confident their contribution is valued.
