EMERGENCY NOTICE NO 205

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION
14(2a) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire Council hereby gives notice that from 15th
September 2026 until 5th October 2026 inclusive, no
pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse shall
proceed along Public Bridleway 25.122/110/1 in the Parish
of Hawnby, between grid references SE 5309 9073 and
SE 5335 9097, due to an unsafe bridge.

This Emergency closure will be followed by a six-month
closure until 14th March 2027.

The closure will be put into effect when necessary by means
of the erection of notices and signs.
