Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (as amended)
The North York Moors National Park Authority has made an Order, the effect of which is to make the following closure in the parish of Cloughton in the county of North Yorkshire:
Public Footpath 17 Cloughton: (D – E – F)
No pedestrian shall proceed along this footpath commencing at Grid Reference SE
Public Footpath 206 Cloughton: (C – D)
No pedestrian shall proceed along this footpath commencing at Grid Reference SE
Public Footpath 503 Cloughton: (A – B)
No pedestrian shall proceed along this footpath commencing at Grid Reference SE
There are no alternative routes through the woods.
The Order is necessary due to allow for tree-felling to be undertaken throughout the woodland area. The closure will be put into effect by means of the erection of notices and signs.
