Designed to help farmers and landowners adapt to future changes in agricultural support, this Defra-funded scheme has so far allocated £1.9 million to projects within the National Park.
Now in its final year (ending on 31 March 2025), farmers and landowners are urged to put forward initiatives that achieve one or more of the following objectives:

- supports nature-friendly, sustainable farm businesses
The range of schemes that have been supported varies significantly.
