The North York Moors - a place of beauty and tranquillity, where far-reaching heather moorlands give way to tree-topped skylines, deep wooded dales, babbling becks and a rugged coastline.
This exhibition reflects how different artists respond to and interpret these diverse landscapes. From how they capture the lush leafy grassland, to how they depict the towering arches of a viaduct – a symbol of industry.
Exhibiting artists include Sue Morton (oils), Paula Dunn (mixed media), Maria Bennett (mixed media), Janine Baldwin (mixed media), Cath Brooke (print), Alison Waters (sculpture), Robin Grover-Jacques (acrylic), Sarah Tew (acrylic), Glenn F Clarke (ink), Shirley Hudson (acrylic) and Maria Motowylczyk (mixed media).
