Inspired by... gallery

The Inspired by… gallery, nestled in the heart of the North York Moors National Park hosts a dynamic programme of exhibitions and events, bringing together established and emerging artists who draw their inspiration from this stunning landscape.

Housed in Danby Lodge National Park Centre, our modern, independent gallery provides a platform for local and national artists to share their stories and inspiration. With a rolling programme of exhibitions, events and creative courses, this is the place where stories are told, ideas are sparked and the North York Moors landscape is a constant source of inspiration.

Entry to the gallery is FREE

We are working with Rural Arts and Revival North Yorkshire to help spread joy in our local communities.  When you visit the gallery we'd love you to write a postcard or create a mini artwork, which will then be distributed through Revival North Yorkshire to older or more isolated people in the north and coastal regions of the National Park. If you would like to help this project, you can also donate £1 towards postage and art resources.
