Authority Members meet at least quarterly and are responsible for making decisions in relation to the functions of the National Park Authority, determining the Authority's policies and ensuring that resources are properly allocated.

The Committee Room is easily accessible.
There are two designated parking bays at the rear of the building with a bell to call assistance.
There are wide double doors next to the bays with level access to the ground floor offices, including committee room, reception and wheelchair accessible toilet. Portable hearing loops are available for use at all meetings.
