Annual Monitoring Report
The Annual Monitoring Report is published annually and reports on the outcomes of the Development Plan, including an analysis of decisions made on planning applications. Previous reports are available on the Archived Reports page.
Infrastructure Funding Statement
Local planning authorities that have received developer contributions must publish, at least annually, a statement summarising their developer contributions data. The North York Moors National Park Authority statement can be viewed in table format or downloaded as CSV files on the Infrastructure Funding Statement page.
The Biodiversity Duty Statement
The Authority is required to report on the various plans and activities it is working on to meet the requirements of the ‘biodiversity duty’ set out in the 2021 Environment Act. The Biodiversity Duty statement and report fulfil this requirement.
