2012 is the year to visit the North York Moors. Forget the Olympics! 2012 is the 60th anniversary of the North York Moors National Park. So the National Park and the Queen will both be celebrating their Diamond Jubilees. 

 

There will be all sorts going on in the North York Moors in 2012 so make your plans to visit and watch this space. Just to get you going, here are a few of the things which make the North York Moors an amazing place.

 

The North York Moors National Park is a beautiful landscape of stunning moorland, spectacular coast, ancient woodland and historic sites. It's a great place whatever time of year.
